Funeral expenses for my big brother

Hi I'm Warren. My eldest brother Alan passed away suddenly on September 1st due to heart failure at the age of 70.

Alan was a free spirit who loved life and had many adventures...and was loved by all who met him. He was a grey nomad for the last few years...which he loved...because he could never settle anywhere for too long.

But he had a minibus, a trail bike...and not much else. And as we discovered only after his passing Alan never made out a will or contributed to a funeral fund.

And with him passing away around 1000km from where he'll be laid to rest it's causing his children some logistical nightmares.

The financial burden is also beginning to dawn on them too. And despite myself, other family members and friends doing what we can it's going to take more unfortunately.

So as we all want Alan to have the service he deserves I decided to try this service (for the first time) to help relieve the stress and the grief on the children a little.

Alan will be laid to rest in early October.

Any donations over the amount required will go to a local charity in the Batemans Bay/Moruya region.
