Support Sam's Road to Recovery

Dear Friends and Family of Sam ( Carlos) & Kristan,

Many of you know that dear Sam has had a serious health crisis. On August 2, he began to feel numbness in his left leg and collapsed. He was brought to the local hospital, but was immediately airlifted to another hospital in Reading, Pa. for specialized care.

There it was determined that Sam had suffered a hemorrhagic stroke. In layman's terms, a serious brain bleed. He has been in I.C.U. , heavily sedated to keep his blood pressure down, and has just recently, over the last week, begun to be more awake and talking in short messages.

To be on the side lines of loved ones who are in crisis, and not be able to really help is so difficult!❤️ Knowing that this will be a very long rehabilitation and recovery journey for Sam, there is something we can do to give them some peace of mind.

Please join us in helping to give them some financial relief while Sam is not able to work and while Kristan is spending as much time as possible (while still holding down her jobs) at the hospital, encouraging and comforting him as he begins his long recovery journey.

We have witnessed first hand the determination and strong work ethic of both Sam & Kristan, and have also been on the receiving end of their generous spirits and willingness to help us always-
