Jamie’s top surgery

Hey I’m Jamie and I’m a trans man fundraising for top surgery abroad in Madrid. With the waiting list times in Ireland I’ve decided to get top surgery privately because living with dysphoria for the standard waiting time is something I can’t do. Top surgery is the final step in my personal trans journey and will allow me to finally live as a man seeing as being one is extremely difficult as my chest is quite large and binding isn’t effective. Because of this I’m only recognised as a man by those who know me.
