Bennett Family Fund

Hi, my name is Summer, and on behalf of the Bennett family, I truly appreciate you taking a moment to read their story.

Knowing Krista, Kenny, and Kora for over 10 years, I consider them family. So when Kenny was diagnosed with a rare sarcoma in his arm in October of this year, I wanted to do something to help.

Many tests and doctor appointments later, Kenny has started an intense round of chemotherapy, followed by radiation, and finally surgery to remove and wipe out the sarcoma, and any related cancer cells.

As difficult as it will be for Kenny to go through this process, and for Krista and Kora to have to watch him on his path to recovery, the next few months are peak season at UPS (where both of them are employed), and are the most fruitful when it comes to their annual earnings.

While Krista can continue to work her pre-loading shift at UPS, Kenny will be on short-term disability which means they will not only feel the financial stress of one less income but also the loss of the numerous hours of overtime typically collected during this time - a devastating blow occurring right as the holidays are near.

We are reaching out to anyone who knows the Bennett family to see if you might be able to contribute to this fund. All money raised will go directly to the Bennetts' bank account for them to use for daily home, living, and medical costs as needed.
