On August 24th we will set sail for good times, music, games, tropical drinks and food in a yacht-rockin’ Caribbean themed party! After planning 10 of these parties we all felt the need to do something a little off the deep end so grab your captain hats, ascots, Hawaiian shirts, blue/white striped nautical apparel and join us for cool yacht rock vibes.
- Remember that this is more than just a party. Importantly, this is how we show the next generation how to come together and have a lot of fun the right way.

Some people have asked me how much they should donate? While we encourage you to attend the party regardless of donating anything, the number of people divided by the total cost typically equates to about $15/person. With inflation we should expect this to be a little higher this year. So donate what you can, and if you are bringing a large group of friends or family consider donating a little more.
Your donation goes for 3 main things:
1. Food makes up roughly 1/3 of our cost, about $500.
2. Party Rentals typically make up 1/3, this year we have booked two steel drummers ($400). We are also renting a frozen drink machine.
3. Alcohol, water, ice, decorations, prizes, Photo Booth and special guests (hero’s and princesses) make up the final 1/3 of the cost.
There was $150 leftover from last year and those funds were reflected in my initial donation.
