Urgent Aid to Support Yagi Typhoon Victims in Vietnam

On Sept 7th, typhoon Yagi hit Northern Vietnam and left behind a trail of devastation. Many lives have been lost due to landslides, including entire families or villages. In this time of crisis, your support is crucial to providing immediate relief and aiding in the recovery efforts. We are working directly with the victims and the team in Vietnam to organize the distribution effort.

I started this campaign because I wanted to fundraise to help 300 underserved children in the mountain village of Hoa Binh. However, Vietnam is calling for a state of emergency and pleading for help with medical and necessary supplies.

Your generous donations will help provide:

1. Emergency food and water for families stranded by floodwaters.

2. Medical supplies and care to help victims

3. Rebuilding assistance: To support the long-term recovery and reconstruction of affected areas.

4. Purchase winter jackets and warm blankets for 300 underserved children

Even the smallest donation can make a big difference. Just $5 - a cup of coffee - can feed a family of four in Vietnam for a day. Every contribution, no matter how small, helps give these families a chance to rebuild their lives.

As someone originally from Vietnam, my heart aches for the people affected by this disaster. My parents and brother are currently living in Hai Phong, one of the towns that have been hit hard, and I am reaching out to you to help us restore hope to these affected regions.
