Thank you for contributing to this historic event symbolizing Yampa Valley's commitment to a culture of inclusiveness and love. It means a lot to your queer neighbors to know that you are proud to have them in this community.
The first ever annual Yampa Valley LGBTQIA+ Pride event will take place on June 26th from 12pm-3pm on the county building lawn.
We hope to have tables run by the school GSA's, queer-friendly health care providers, and non-profits, music, socially distanced picnic blankets for people to relax on, give-aways, a pin~ata, drag queen story time, and more! Below is a breakdown of what will be available at the event based on how much funding we are able to raise. Any money raised beyond what we spend will be gifted to the tabling organization who wins our table decorating contest to spend specifically on LGBTQIA+ projects and services.
Pride and pronoun stickers: $36
Temporary pride tattoos: $76
Pet pride bandanas: $63
Flags and flag poles to be gifted to top donors after the event: $203
Pride picnic blankets and stakes: $408
Professional drag queens for story time: approximately $500-$1000
T-shirts: approximately $500
