2 Segways for Special Needs Adults

On Saturday morning which is the Jewish Sabbath I had a terrible heart ache. My wife was crying. She was in deep pain. I tried to calm her but Leah asked who can understand the pain of a mother who feels helpless due to lack of tools and resources to promote her son with special needs. Naftali gets a lot of warmth and love at home, but he must be helped to get out of himself. In addition, Naftali needs connection with people and constant stimulation. I asked Leah what resources and activities are imperative for Naftali? She answered that Naftali deserves a good time outdoors sharing with people while exercising. People have friends, go on vacations, have fun, it's natural and obvious. But Naftali and his peers need this recreation even more. They are less fortunate and do not have the skills to organize their fun time with friends. Another advantage to running the recreation center is employment for Naftali and similar cases. Let's give them a helping hand!!!
I realized the urgent need for recreational activities for our special need adult population in Israel. I decided to take full action and set up this program in Ach Sameach. The first step as recommended by professionals, is to achieve our immediate goal of acquiring two segway vehicles. Each vehicle costs $5,000 (including accessories). The long term goal is to purchase several bicycles, pedal carts and mechanical (Benji) carts. We desperately need your help!!
When I saw the glint replace Leah's tears, I decided that no matter how much effort it takes I must fulfill this dream. Alone, we cannot accomplish this goal. Ach Sameach needs your partnership to acquire the necessary equipment as shown in the table.
Make the recreation center a reality for Naftali and his friends!!! You can dedicate the Segway to your loved ones. Give Naftali and his friends the chance to grow, connect to people while having a good time!!! Please forward this letter to those who feel for our cause!!!
