Good evening, My name is Amantha VanCleave .

On Friday , December 22,2023, my sweet baby girl Yayra Estelle passed away in her sleep. Unfortunately, we are homeless and were homeless at the time of this heartbreaking event.I am asking for help to cover the cost of her funeral services & cremation.

Although Yayra was only 1 year old, she was the most sassy , sweet, beautifully brilliant person you could’ve ever imagined. She loved makeup, singing, & Sesame Street. Yayra was the type of little person that you only meet once in a lifetime. She had a level of emotional intelligence that many never achieve in their entire lives. Just a beautiful spirit that I feel honored to have called my daughter… even if it was for a short time.

After months of actively reaching out to 211 , PATH, LA County and other agencies, they have been of no assistance. I genuinely want my baby’s life to possibly inspire a positive change . If I can prevent someone else from having to bury their baby by sharing my baby’s story , that’s exactly what I’ll do .
