Darin's urgent Medical Care fund

Hello, my name is Darin.

A couple of months ago I collapsed and couldn't get up on my own. I was able to crawl to my phone to call a friend for help. She came over and wanted to have me rushed to the hospital. I told her that I could not afford that as I did not have insurance. Not knowing what was going on with my body really scared me. I did agree for her to drive me to  local clinic where they conducted as many tests as they could at their facility.

The Doctor wanted to call an ambulance once he had conducted all the tests and reviewed all of the results and have me taken to the local hospital for a full MRI to determine the root cause of my issues to rule out other than me collapsing and convulsing was Parkinsons Disease and Stroke. Given that this would have been out of my home state with no chance of follow up, and the fact that I was scheduled to fly back to California the following afternoon I declined and he demanded that I get the tests, blood work and MRI done as soon as I got back. I just did not have the funds to do that.

Fast forward two months and things are getting progressively worse and I really need to get these tests out of the way in order to get to the root cause of the probem.

The funds will be used for:
Full MRI
Full Blood Panel
Physcian Fees
Radiology Review
Medication

I have used up all of my funds and really want to get to the bottom of this to get whatever I have resolved in order to be able to get back into the workforce.
