Help Jesse go home

Jesse had his first stroke when he was 8 years old. The stroke caused him to have to learn to walk, talk, eat all over again. He was able to do all this with paralysis on the right side of his body. Since then he has had two more strokes, the last one was the worst. The damage from the strokes have taken a toll. He now has a trach to breath with, a shunt for brain fluid because he can't regulate it on his own and a g-tube for feeding. This last stroke was in Oct 2016 and he is still recovering from it and is in a pediatric sub-acute nursing facility. Every day there is a little more improvement. We want to bring him home from the hospital. Since he is now a quadriplegic, we have to make modifications to our house doorways and flooring, his bedroom and bathroom to accommodate his wheelchair and other medical equipment he now needs. He has been in the hospital for over one year and they say he is strong enough to be able to go home and he has returned to his high school, Jess is a Senior this year. Please help Jesse leave the hospital and come home at last.
