Help David Fight Cancer

On September 20, 2021, David was diagnosed with CANCER that adhered to his right knee, an osteosarcoma, leading to the first amputation of his right leg above the knee. His prognosis, at that time, was 5 years of health.

In August, David married Lis and they experienced new joy in their life.

In September 2022, however, a tumor recurrence was detected, causing the second amputation of his right leg at the hip, from which he is still recovering.

He also started chemo therpy because the cancer had spread further to his lungs. The chemotherapy, unfortunately, proved to be ineffective.

There is still hope. Stivarga® (Regorafenib) is a once-daily, oral prescription anticancer medicine approved by the FDA for people with cancer (CRC) that has spread to other parts of the body and for which they have received previous treatment with certain chemotherapy medicines.

We originally launched this gofundme to help him in his fight against CANCER by raising funds for the acquisition of a hip prosthesis that will allow him to walk hand in hand with his family again.

The cause is now a matter of David’s life. We need to raise fund to provide David with treament,as soon as possible, of Stivarga for at least 3 months. The cost is extremely expensive but we believe in miracles and the human will to fight and survive. "Where there is life, there is hope" .

El 20 de septiembre de 2021, David fue diagnosticado con CÁNCER que se adhirió a su rodilla derecha, un osteosarcoma, lo que provocó la primera amputación de su pierna derecha por encima de la rodilla. Su pronóstico, en ese momento, era de 5 años de salud.

En agosto, David se casó con Lis y experimentaron una nueva alegría en su vida.

Originalmente lanzamos este gofundme para ayudarlo en su lucha contra el CÁNCER recaudando fondos para la adquisición de una prótesis de cadera que le permitirá caminar nuevamente de la mano de su familia.

La causa es ahora un asunto de la vida de David. Necesitamos recaudar fondos para proporcionarle a David un tratamiento, tan pronto como sea posible, de Stivarga durante al menos 3 meses.
