Help Josh and Family Through Cancer Battle

On August 2, 2024, My Sister Minerva's husband Josh went in to get what we thought would be a regular check-up exam for men. As the hours passed the doctor came to My Sister to tell her some bad news while My Brother in Law Josh was slowly waking up from the anesthesia. They had found a tumor in his colon, and from the looks of it, he was going to go ahead and rule it out to be cancerous until he could fully confirm with the lab results. Within the blink of an eye, their minds were racing with many thoughts and worries with disbelief at what was just told to them. A week went by with so many questions and emotions of what is next, what their future will look like for them and their children. The long dreading phone call finally came in, and the doctor confirmed he was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. After that phone call came doctor appointments along with medical bills. My brother-in-law will be undergoing surgery on September 18th, 2024 to remove the tumor. Which will unfortunately cause him to be out of work for a while. Josh is a Godly Man, Husband, Father, and Hard-Working Man who provides for his whole family. He is a father to two boys, and two girls and a family dog. We are making this go fund me with their permission to help them with the medical bills, and finances while my brother-in-law is recovering. There is still a long road ahead of them with this journey, but with their Faith in God we know it will be a beautiful testimony one day.
