HighOnSugar614.com Emily an Leah are so excited about their new shop!!
Ehas always had a passion for Baking, she loved the art of baking during culinarily school and loved pastries so much that she went onto become head baker for a Columbus bakery.
After the sudden loss of her husband and immediate needs of her family; Emily strove for more and went on to become a pastry product developer for Cameron Mitchells Restaurant a huge fine dining brand in Columbus.
Feeling the pressure of a glass ceiling both creatively and culturally, Emily decided she wanted something different.
Leah went to AIMS (Arts Impact Middle School) in COLUMBUS, Oh when it’s Doors Opened. She grew as an artist in this city, before moving away from Columbus for ARTS College in the BIG city of Atlanta.
As an impressionable and carefree child she experienced COLUMBUS Gallery Hop with the HOMELESS, COMFEST with supervision, and attended FREE programs across the city that taught her how to lead as a PERFORMER and ARTIST!
We hope to create a space for community with teens and and late night hours, there are several openly LGBTQIA safe and Dry cafes for now we intended to focus on CAKE and COMEDY with a stage for Performers, Workshops, Parties and more!
