Funds for the less fortunate

Hi everyone. We created a Facebook group called Sonoma County Acts of Kindness and our mission is to help people in need. We want to help support our community, come together to try and help where we can, this included outreach, community clean ups, meal planning, clothing donations and hopefully helping some off the streets!
