Brain Tumor Recovery

Donation protected
I have been diagnosed with a brain tumor on my brain stem, about a month ago and need help paying all the medical bills i have. I have started radiation in hope to shrink the tumor since its too dangerous to do surgery.

It started out with just hoarseness of the voice and choking on water, so I thought I was just Starting to get sick, then I woke up with weakness in my arm and my eye started to be lazy and turning in toward my nose, then eventually progressed to weakness in the leg (all on the right side of my body).

I went to Emory Johns Creek emergency room where they sent me home healthy and was told to follow up with a neurologist.

The neurologist sent me in for an mri and was told to be emitted to the hospital immediately.

I was then transferred to Emory University hospital, where things started to really go downhill. I couldn't use the right side of my body at all and then went into respiratory failure, where I was taken to ICU and intibated.

The doctors then we're forced to do a tacheostemy to protect my airway and so I could breathe safely.

They also put a PEG tube in (surgically implanted feeding tube) since I have trouble swallowing and everything I eat and drink goes straight to my lungs

I then have now been passed as medically stable enough to go to Rehab to try and regain my abilities back.

It's been a long road and still a long road ahead.

It's crazy to think that I was completely normal last month and all of a sudden this came out of nowhere.
