Yen Bun’s Medical Fund

On Behalf of Caroline Snodgrass, Garrett Yamada and Sean Souza we would like to start a GO FUND ME account for our dear friend Yenbun. Last night, I was told of Yenbun’s dire condition and battle with stage 4 cancer that has spread to his brain. It came as a shock because Yenbun would always be in such good spirits, smiling and sharing his stories, some of which were unusual but hilarious,commuting back and forth on our flights to Honolulu. He has a very good heart and would do just about anything for you.  He started with Northwest based in Honolulu in 1992 and yes, continues to fly with his condition. We spoke to him today and he seemed upbeat but most importantly he needs to slow down a bit and enjoy time with his family. Yes, Time is important because we can not say how long some has left with us. Caroline Snodgrass, Sean Souza and myself would like to start a campaign so he can drop some trips, not fly much if at all and enjoy his remaining time with his family and friends. We don’t know what the future holds or how long he will be given but as yet another one of our flight attendant colleague faces the battle against cancer, let us help him to fly less, have some quality time with his family and not worry about medical expenses.
