Yeu Thach's Family

Donation protected
On behalf of Yeu Thach's family, we sadly regret to inform you, that he has passed away.

On May 27, 2023, Yeu had just left work for the day, picked up his wife and kids, and headed to the lake for a family fun filled day. During the course of swimming with his children, he tragically was a victim of drowning.
We're attempting to help raise funds for his wife and children, which will help cover funeral costs, in hopes of lessening the family's financial burden during this hard time.

The family had to close down their small family business, Donut Palace, until further notice. Yeu was a hard working man dedicated to providing for his family.

He was a kind and loving father, husband, and friend. Yeu served in the Iraq War as an Infantry Machine Gunner with the United States Marines. He was injured by shrapnel from an IED (improvised explosive device) and later awarded with the Marine Corps Purple Heart. He was a true patriot who loved his family and country. He treated everyone with dignity and respect and oftentimes went above and beyond when helping others. Additionally, he was selfless and very people oriented, his peace was when he brought joy to others. He donated to schools and endlessly gave back to the community in countless ways.
