Help to support Eli’s rehab and recovery.

Donation protected

On Wednesday, September 4th, our 25-year-old son Eli suffered a cerebral aneurysm and brain bleed caused by an Arteriovenous Malformation (AVM). He was rushed to Morgan Memorial Hospital in Madison, GA, then life-flighted to St. Mary’s Neuro Critical Care Unit in Athens. He underwent craniotomy surgery to remove the aneurysm on Friday, September 13th, which was successful. As of today, he has been hospitalized for 11 days and will hopefully come home this week and begin recovery, including occupational and speech therapy. He is not expected to be able to return to work for six weeks to six months. Regretfully, he also does not have health insurance. Any financial help would be appreciated, but please do not donate if you can’t afford to. 100% of the money raised will go toward his hospital bills, home care, therapy, and support. God continues to heal, protect, and provide for Eli and our family, and we are eternally grateful for what He has done already. We appreciate every gift offered, but please do not feel obligated in any way. Your continued prayers are blessing enough.

Greg and Lisa Cavender and family.
