What happened to the fluffy, friendly black and white cat who greets everyone at Gold Coast Coffee & Bakery? We don't know, but he's hurt very badly.

Our little fur-friend broke his front left leg between 1 am and 6 am on Wednesday, August 2nd. The veterinary care center was accommodating and concerned for him. He broke his leg several times, and his shoulder was severely dislocated. There was an option for surgery, but the surgeon's best suggestion for his overall health and longevity was to amputate his leg.

Please send some love to the cat with a contribution to his veterinarian bills. He will thank you in this lifetime and many more!

We are giving him the best care and hope he can return to his friendly post at the bakery very soon.
