Rescued Blind Pup Needs Leg Surgery

My name is Jen. I rescued this beautiful 13 week old puppy a week ago and instantly fell in love with him. He has his whole life ahead of him if he can have the surgery he desperately needs. He jumped off a low surface and fractured his front right leg in multiple places. He is in so much pain right now but is temporarily resting comfortably on pain meds. He needs immediate surgery. We are looking at surgery vs. amputation but I cannot do it alone financially on a teachers salary. He will never see the love people have in their eyes for him, but can feel the love and gives it unconditionally to everyone he meets. I would appreciate any help at all. It would break my heart not to give him the chance he deserves
