Save The Boyne

Meath County Council has granted permission to a local meat processing plant to pump 400,00 litres of effluent into the river Boyne per day via a 7km waste pipe. Appeals to an Board Pleanála can be made till the 24th of May 2022.

We thank everyone for their contribution to the fundraiser. Your support will help us to pay for an expert ecologist specialising in water quality and to cover the fees to An Board Pleanála for appeal and an oral hearing request.
