FATHER & RESCUE PUP ON VERGE OF HOMELESSNESS

URGENT SITUATION.

HELP NEEDED IMMEDIATELY

We’ve recently been made aware that a close friend has been suffering in silence with an extremely devastating situation. As many of you know, at times it is extremely hard to ask for help for one of many reasons and this is one of those situations. And because of this we promised to keep his name private out of respect for him. Because we personally know he’s a kind soul, the kind who'd give the shirt right off his back to help a fellow human in need. He rescued a Pittie a few years ago who was in such a desperate situation, literally had a rope around her neck and abuser hitting her. It wasn’t even a question for him to intervene and ever since him and his pup have been inseparable. Unfortunately, he’s been going through some hard medical issues for awhile and they are both about to lose everything. The pup cannot be rehomed because they both literally depend on each other for emotional support and has the cards stacked up against her being a black pitbull with an autoimmune disease who is bonded with her human. If they are seperated they will each suffer immensely and we are desperately trying to keep them together with your help.

We’ve already reached out for some assistance with HEAP to keep his electricity on so they don’t freeze during these very cold temperatures but we still have a lot to do. He needs assistance with food and the little he’s had he’s been sharing with his pup. We are asking you for assistance to help keep him in his apartment and not go homeless, he is already behind on rent. He also had his car repoed leaving him stranded and unable to work. This has been such a desperate situation and a day by day of praying for help . We’ve helped apply for other assistance but it is a lengthy process and we cannot wait weeks or months for an outcome and possibly being rejected so we are humbly asking for your help. This little family cannot wait any longer, they need help now. Our friend has already hit rock bottom and beyond heartbreaking to witness him slowly slip away emotionally and physically. No one should ever have to worry about having a warm place to live, food to eat, getting medical attention and other basic things a person needs to survive.

Our friend is a gentle soul with an amazing heart that’s done so much for people in the past including helping those when they were down and out and now he is the one in need of help. This dog has literally become his lifeline and the only thing that has kept him alive in such a despairing time.

We know lately this has become such a tough time for everyone and we wished it didn’t have to come to this but we need to ask because of such a dire situation. When you have nothing left , not even food. We must come together and help .
