Brian and I began our Haitian adoption journey November 2012 and are now at the cusp of Ferlando's homecoming!
This our 4th adoption, we understand the long legal process, and complexities of state, Federal, and international adoption law. However, inefficient and changing adoption policies, printing mistakes, and govermental delays have cost us time away from our son, his longer institutionalized care in an orphange, and costly additional legal expenses. We find ourselves in an unprecedented place and we need your help!
We need funds to help cover renewing adoption documents, US visa application, and continued monthly childcare fees while he is in Haiti. These expenses were unforseen and are imminent. In addition, we have higher travel expenses and "readoption" and other legal fees once home.
Our request is two fold: would you prayerfully consider a financial donation to help us meet these ongoing expenses?
Secondly, would you be our prayer partner? Please pray for the timely and complete process of Ferlando's US immigration visa so he can enter the USA.
