Campfire Victim Displacement Fund
Donation protected
My name is Carol Clow and my mom is Amelia Clow-Lamar. My mom is 101 years young. We became victims of the most recent CAMP FIRE in Paradise/Magalia California. We are now displaced for 12-24 months. We found out that our house survived but it is uninhabitable. No access into the area, trees and power lines fallen, no power, no water, no propane, no gas stations, no stores. We were evacuated out of Magalia on Thursday 11/8/18. We had to choose between leaving in our RV or our car. We chose to put a roof over our heads and left in the RV which we are now living in. I am my mothers caregiver and we are in need of financial help. My brother just recently was able to get in and get my car. Additionally, I am self employed as a Mobile Notary but unable to work because my equipment was left behind. My goal is to reach as much as I possibly can to help meet our everyday living expenses. I have been getting tons of calls, texts, and emails offering support and asking how they can help. THIS IS HOW YOU ALL CAN HELP. Your love, understanding, and support in any amount will be greatly appreciated and you will be blessed. Thank you all in advance, so much for your kindness and please continue to share this so I can reach my goal until I can get my mom situated.
