Daisy

My name is Kaitlyn Bond.

If you know my mom, Melissa you know her pets mean the absolute world to her. Same goes for Dustin. Especially the baby of the house, Daisy Dukes. She is my moms whole heart. A pure bred basset hound that gives as much love as she has ears. Yesterday, my moms world came crashing down when we discovered that Daisy was not acting like herself and was feeling very sick. After endless x rays and blood work it was determined that daisy had gas in her intestines and colon causing her to throw up and have diarrhea. The X Rays toward her upper abdomen were not clear, meaning their could possibly be a mass in the way of the view.

This morning the vet called and said Daisy had lost all use of her hind legs. They say it may be caused from something internally and are worried it may be a cancer. Now she is on her way to Hickory Veterinary Specialist Hospital in Plymouth meeting.

My mom is not one to ask anyone for help, which is why I created this account for her, Dustin, and our beloved Daisy. She is always donating to every go fund me, charities, and animal rescues. I kindly ask that our friends and family to help her the same way she helps everyone else, even people and animals she doesn’t know.
