Help Sarah in her fight with Stage 4 Breast Cancer

This is a fundraiser for my wife Sarah (Troy) McGuinness. She is 46 years old and is a wife, a sister, an aunty, a daughter and friend.

Sarah was diagnosed recently with breast cancer with metastasis to the bones. Stage 4. The cancer is in her spine, her thoracic and lumbar spine, her ribs and her hip. Unfortunately, the doctors have offered her no real hope, as they said that there is no present cure. Their biggest worry is, the bones fracturing and breaking down. She's already had one fracture. They can only try to extend her life and make her comfortable.

This is something that Sarah will not take lying down as she is a warrior, who is determined not to give up. Sarah wants to beat this cancer by alternative means. It is our desire to get Sarah to the Hippocrates Wellness Centre in Florida, it has a comprehensive Cancer Wellness Program which has an international reputation for helping people from all over the world with cancer, to restore their health. This treatment includes; Swiss Biological Medicine, Psychoneuroimmunology, holistic therapies, nutrient IVs, oxygen treatments, and more.

BACKGROUND

Sarah has spent her entire life giving to the world, and she has loved every minute of it. She is a Cabinet Maker, and a Heavy Equipment Driver and I am a plumber. We have spent 10 years working as International Volunteer Construction workers, volunteering our skills all over the world. She has worked tirelessly moving from place to place, wherever there was a need. Projects over the years brought us to Nigeria, Sri Lanka, Madagascar, Ghana, Liberia, and Europe. We came home just before the pandemic hit. Sarah has no energy left, now that cancer has gotten a hold. Sarah is presently working as a Healthcare Assistant in a Day Care Centre for the Elderly which she enjoys, but she is going to have to take a break from work to focus on her health.

As you can imagine, cancer treatment is not only physically and emotionally draining but also financially overwhelming. Your contributions will help alleviate the financial burden of Sarah’s treatment expenses and allow her to focus on healing.
