Medical Expenses

My name is Kim Moore and I decided to create this fundraiser for Josh Williams and his mother, Dawn Williams. Dawn has endured what is considered as "long Covid" for almost a year, which you can imagine has been difficult. To now add to that, Dawn has been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. It has been found to be in her lymph nodes and liver as well. Treatments are being discussed for possible chemotherapy. Unfortunately, the timeline is bleak. Without treatment, Dawn is looking at a possible year. With treatment, there is a 25% chance she could have 5 more years. She is understandably scared and feeling defeated.

Josh is a twenty something young man who is holding down a full-time job as well as trying to make all of his mother's appointments and take care of her, the best a son knows how to do.

The need for what is ahead is still overwhelming to their mental and emotional state.

It takes a village... this is one of those moments when we need to come together and do what we can to help. I will be posting updates as I can.
