Long Live Izzy

On the afternoon of Monday, September 12th, 2022, The Stoney Creek, Mistywood community suffered a devastating loss. Isaiah Dillon (Izzy), born March 13, 2003, passed away peacefully in his sleep. Isaiah was a loving son, brother, grandson, and friend who brought love and endless amounts of happiness to those around him. The sudden passing of Izzy has sent shockwaves of pain throughout the community. To say the least, this has been an overwhelmingly difficult time for all those affected.

Isaiah had just graduated Bishop Ryan Catholic school and had begun working full-time to support his family. He was known to always put the needs of others before his own. His ambitions in life were extensively known to those whose hearts he touched. Izzy was always known to lend a helping hand or offer words of advice to those around him. Isaiah always had the most prominent and infectious smile that could be seen from a distance. It would lift anyone's spirit, make them smile, and most certainly be missed.

Having known Isaiah for over 13 years, many people have asked how they can support the Dillon-Albert family during this tragic loss, so I am starting this fundraiser with the family's permission to ease some of their burdens.

Isaiah, or Izzy as many people knew him, will be forever remembered by his mother Kristina, his younger brother Anthony (14), his little sister Tia (9), his grandparents, and his closest friends/family.

His grandparents, mother, and siblings are incredibly sad and struggling to accept the reality of their beloved passing. They are learning to cope with the void that has now entered their lives.

It has been said that; during the darkest times, light has the opportunity to burn the brightest. That has been seen by the outpouring of love and support the family has received since his sudden passing.

All the funds will go directly to Kristina, his mother, to help with Isaiah's memorial and the many upcoming expenses. If you feel moved, please contribute as you can, and I humbly ask that you keep this family in your thoughts and prayers. They will need our love and support to get through this challenging time.

This official fundraiser for Isaiah Dillon (Izzy) is being managed with the full consent and support of the Dillon family. At the same time, the family will continue to process and mourn during this difficult time.
