Support a Family's Journey to Stability

Recently a good friend has had some misfortune in their life that has taken a heavy financial toll on them. Their landlord passed away and the next in line evicted them and their family from their current home if they weren't willing to pay significantly more. Selling many things that they owned, including toys for their child, they scrounged up enough money to make deposits on another home. However, before getting to move in the landlord of the new location decided to go with a different tenant and spurned them, and my friend received no refund for their deposits as they were considered 'application fees' in the paperwork.

At this point they are now living out of a hotel temporarily and have very little to their name. Any money they're making at their minimum wage job is spent on continuing to reside in the hotel so that they and their family don't have to live on the street.

So I'm looking to raise money to help them get back on their feet and apply for a new place to properly live, and if all goes well, even perhaps regain some of the things they lost trying to claw back their livelihood. Any donation helps, so please spare what you can to help get them back into a stable living situation!
