Building Resilience for our First Responders - You can help!
It is Humble Haven Yoga's mission to build a resilient community through the practice of yoga. Join us in a community effort to help build the capacity for First Responders to teach and practice yoga within their own communities. As you know, first responders provide service every day to make our communities more safe. One consequence of this service is the impact that exposure to trauma may have on these professionals. In order to empower, connect and decrease potential symptoms of exposure to trauma, it is our belief that we are responsible in being a part of addressing this issue.
Please consider making a financial commitment to help send two law enforcement officers to the 200-hr Teacher Training at Humble Haven in June.
