Yoga Workshop for charity

I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Furze Platt (3rd Maidenhead) Scout Group, Maidenhead.

Every week Scouts Organisation UK give almost half a million 4-25 year olds the skills they need for school, college, university, the job interview, the important speech, the tricky challenge and the big dreams: the skills they need for life. Furze Platt Scout Group has its own headquarters in the northern part of Maidenhead. We have a Beaver Colony, Cub Pack and Scout Troop. All groups are open to both boys and girls.

No donation is small. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.

Session details:

Dates: Sundays 13 Oct, 20 Oct, 10 Nov, 17 Nov (come to as many sessions as you like)

Time: 10 am - 11 am

Address: FPSG Scouts HQ, Cookham Road, Maidenhead, SL6 7HN

Cost: suggested £7.50 per session as a donation to FPSG.

Yoga workshop will be free style - sessions are mixed in style with strength work and Pilates fused with power Vinayasa flow. I like to customise my classes based on how my students feel on the day, so its all very dynamic and personal. Sessions are suitable for all levels, beginners to intermediate.

All you need on the day is a Yoga mat and usual workout gear - water, comfortable workout clothing.
