Yoni Schwartz Memorial Fund

Words cannot express how saddened we are about the loss of Yoni. He was absolutely brilliant, yet humble and so willing to help anyone that needed it. He was a complete joy to be around. He was so well loved by all of us in the Realogy family, we are heartbroken in losing him.

As we have been asked numerous times if there is somewhere people can contribute to the family, this fund is being set up for funeral and other expenses for Yoni Schwartz's family. At this point in time, the family is planning a celebration of Yoni's life at a later date. Any updates that we receive will be shared.

Here is the information from Yoni's Rabbi at Temple Sinai in Denver:

It is with great sadness that we inform you that Yonatan Zev Schwartz

died on November 28.

Zikhrono livrakhah, May he be remembered as a blessing.

Yoni is the beloved son of Leslie (Waldman) Schwartz and Clifford Schwartz z”l.

He is also survived by his sons Zev and Ari Schwartz; his brothers Joshua Schwartz, Doron Ben Chaim and sister Aliza Shaw. He is the uncle of Elliott and Hannah Shaw

and the cousin of Robin Orr, Brad Kaatz, Tracy Kincaid, Danny, Matt, Payge,

Kaytlin Gavin and Jordan Kaatz.

In happier times Yoni was lighthearted, and regularly found humor in many everyday things, notably himself, and his jovial nature was infectious. He was a magnificently creative problem-solver. He was a patient and loving father, his boys his raison d'être.

Yoni opened his arms and his heart to many, despite not always enjoying reciprocity.

He was above all, loyal and dedicated.

A celebration of Yoni’s life will be held in the near future.
