Yonkers Moxie Project

My name is Jordan Mendez. For those who don't know me I'm a sophomore in H.S., a Boy Scout, a poet, writer, photographer, and MOST importantly an activist. My desire to help people has manifested in my everyday activities: turning gardening into projects to address food insecurity, photography into social impact content and talking to people into uplifting people. Building off of last year’s successes, me and a group of other likeminded teenagers would like to raise money for a food, clothing and hygiene products drive. Helping people is our passion, one which can only be fulfilled through your support. We ask that you donate funds to allow us to purchase the goods necessary to fulfill our second annual event and help us and, more importantly, the community grow into the best it can be. A small donation can make a big difference.
