York South American Explorers Spanish Trip

Hello! This is a fundraiser to enable a group of York High School Spanish students to take the trip of a lifetime, put their Spanish studies to work and immerse themselves in South American culture and history. In 2026, the students will take a trip to Ecuador and Peru through the tour provider Explorica. In Ecuador, the students will visit the capital Quito and visit historical buildings, plazas and palaces. They will also travel to a province of Ecuador, the Galapagos Islands. This volcanic archipelago is considered one of the world's top destinations for wildlife viewing. The students will then travel to Peru visiting Cuzco, Machu Picchu and Lima to explore culture, language and food. The students will work hard to raise funds to offset the travel costs, this GFM is one way to contribute. Thank you for your support!
