Young Bonners Ferry Family Needs Help!
Cynthia Bond and her husband, Dylan, could use some help. They have recently been thrust into a one-income household with high medical issues and two children under 12 at home.
Cynthia suffers from a long history of migraines and, most recently, started having dizziness and blurry vision, which progressed so rapidly it resulted in losing her vision. She went to a doctor who sent her to Boundary Community Hospital for CAT scans. She was ultimately airlifted to Sacred Heart due to extremely high blood pressure. At Sacred Heart, they discovered she had a blood clot in a main artery in her brain and small clots behind both of her eyes. Surgery is needed, and there is no guarantee that her vision will return.
Cynthia was a caregiver until her longtime client moved into an assisted living facility and is now fighting for her life.
Dylan works for US Foods, delivering food to our local businesses, but he is currently with Cynthia at the hospital and must care for the kids (ages 11 and 2) while they navigate the unknown.
