Young family dog attacked by another dog

A couple men didnt tie up their dog at 711 and charged at me and my boyfriend and jammers jumped in front of us to protect us and this dog attacked my baby. jammers listened and the other dog didnt. It wouldnt let go of his throat. Wouldnt listen to his owners. Bunch of Cars pulled over and people ran to help but still no one could get the dog to release jammers throat. Then they had the nerve to say in front of everyone that it wasnt their fault! Actually yes it is. TIE YOUR DOG UP! Now mine pays the price. Theres a huge chance he has a ruptured lung and other injuries on the inside. Animal control and every organization that is supposed to help in these situations say they cannot do a thing until they find the other dog and owners. Meanwhile i cannot afford to pay for his vet expenses. His name is jammers. Hes a year and a half. Hes a king shepherd cross akita. Hes my best friend. Hes never left my side since the day i got him . im 22 years old. I grew up without any family and have to do everything on my own. I work hard for everything i have and have always put my dog before myself even if it meant he could eat while i went hungry. Please help him. Dont do it for me just do it for him. Hes the sweetest well behaved dog i have ever known. He didnt deserve what happened to him and he deserves a chance to keep breathing and bringing smiles to everyone he meets. Hes a real people person. He has to say hi to everyone and show off. any money raised for my boy jammers will go towards vet bills and all medications he needs. if money raised is above the amount ill require for vet and medications the money will still go towards jammers. ill be able to get him things to make him a bit more comfortable while in this condition and special encouragment treats and tools ill require to get him to trust other dogs again.
