With a very heavy heart, we are trying to pick the pieces up after my daughters boyfriend & sons father was senselessly murdered on 5/16/2023 when he was walking into a corner store after a day of fishing with my daughter. He didn’t make it 2 steps inside the door before being shot & killed with no motive or reason all while my daughter & his son were right in the car outside and heard and watched it happen. My daughter had to watch his struggle to breathe as she held him and tried to help him before paramedics arrived. He was a young father, just starting life and just starting his family. My grandbaby is 9 months old and has to grow up with no father. The picture that is on here is from last week, he was so happy that the weather was finally nice enough to take his son fishing. No one should have to go through the pain our families are experiencing or have to bury the love of their life over a senseless act. He was a loving boyfriend, amazing father & hard working man who loved everyone & everyone loved him. He was funny & made ppl happy with his presence. The man who did this took my daughters whole world from her. Nothing can fix this or bring him back, but we could definitely use some help to give him the burial & funeral he deserves as well as help my daughter & his family with any expenses that come with this tragedy.
