Young mother who will leave behind two teenagers

Amy Reed, 49 year old,  Art teacher and single mom is battling her second round of breast cancer. Unfortunately, she will lose the battle this time. She is now at home spending her remaining days resting peacefully  with her two teenage children on Hospice care. After her demise, the children will have the support of Amy's family, but they will need as much financial assistance to help achieve future goals, such as going to college, and goals Amy would want her children to pursue going forward as young adults.
