My name is Alison and I’m setting up this fundraiser for my nieces best friend who was involved in a very serious head on collision with her 2 young children aged 3 1/2 and 2 yrs.

They were traveling on the Malahat in Victoria BC to visit their Godparents for the weekend when a car traveling in the other direction crossed the center line and hit them head on - both traveling highway speeds. The mum is currently recovering in Victoria General and one son was sent to Children’s in Vancouver with more serious injuries.

My neice is looking after the youngest who was released from hospital with a fractured collarbone among other contusions. We are seeking to lift this family up and help release the burdens at least financially for this single mum. She has been back in school for business and is trying so hard to make a better life for her children.

No matter the amount, we would appreciate any donation as it all adds up! Some of the expenses she will be facing will be a new car, car seats, rent, food etc etc.
