Young victim of car sale scam

Hi, my name is Jaqueline and I am raising funds to help my nephew Andrew. Andy is a respectful, caring, responsible young man who recently graduated high school and began to create his adult life. He secured a job, and with the help of his brother saved money and purchased his first car. Sadly, a few weeks after purchasing the car and submitting documents to the DMV, Andrew found himself surrounded by police officers with guns drawn at him as he arrived home. Andrew was asked to get out of the car and lay on the ground. The ordeal was traumatic to say the least. Unbeknownst to Andrew the car he purchased had been reported stolen. After speaking to the police officers and the original owner of the car, Andrew found out that he and the original owner of the car had been victims of a scam. Andrew lost the car and his money.
