I am Fadwa Hussein, 32 years old, and my husband, Ahmed Al-Kurd, is 38 years old. We are parents of four children from Gaza.

I never wanted to ask for help to flee my homeland, the place where I had spent my whole life, with its ups and downs (Gaza). However, the horrors of war are absolutely unbearable in a way that cannot be described in words. Seeing the fear and horror reflected in my children's eyes, and feeling completely helpless to protect them, is the greatest pain anyone can endure. Our house was severely damaged and brutally bombed by warplanes, and my husband’s car was also damaged.

And it became invalid

With the utmost humility, I ask for your help in providing a safe life for my four children - Jana, 11 years old - Saba, 7 years old - Suleiman, 5 years old - Tia, 2 years old - from this disastrous conflict.

My name is Fida Hussein, and together with my husband, we have dedicated ourselves to providing a better life for our children. We strive to provide them with the opportunities and security they deserve. Our aspirations are always to enhance their happiness and instill in them a sense of purpose that contributes positively to society. We humbly ask for your help in freeing us from the clutches of war, guiding us to safety, and giving us the opportunity to embark on a journey towards a brighter future for ourselves and our beloved children.

Since having our first child, we have been committed to providing them with a better life and working hard to ensure they are happy children. But now they live in the worst situation imaginable.

Children suffer from a lack of food and the necessities of life due to the lack of suitable food for them, and if it is available, its prices are high.

There was a shortage of healthy drinking water

Which caused them severe stomach pain and some diseases such as gastroenteritis

Given the conditions imposed by the occupation and siege and the lack of capabilities, it was difficult for the family to provide the children with simple basic needs such as diapers and milk.

Our children should be playing in safe play areas, eating healthy food to grow healthy, and enjoying good mental health, but instead they constantly feel afraid. There was no safe or clean place to play, so they ended up taking refuge in a small tent and sleeping on the sand
