Al Kauthar Institute is a women’s Islamic Madrassah located in Jackson Heights. We are dedicated to raising an upcoming generation of leaders in a spiritually enriching atmosphere by providing an opportunity for Muslim communities to acquire a deeper understanding of their faith through a study of the Quran and Sunnah. We have 151 students enrolled in just our full-time Hifz and Alimiyyah programs and many more in our part-time programs. By the grace of Allah ﷻ, we we able to have our first graduating class last year.

Our current location means that we have limited resources. To expand Madrassah means not only serving our community better but also providing more adequate facilities to our current and future student body. The property located at 7019 37th Ave would be ideal for this effort. The contract has been signed and in order for us to secure a loan, we must pay a 35% down payment immediately.
