Your Teachers Are Climbing Snowdon!

You can make a difference by donating today to FRIENDS OF GODSTONE PRIMARY AND NURSERY SCHOOL.

A team of passionate and committed staff from Godstone Primary and Nursery School are climbing Wales’ highest mountain, Mount Snowdon, this August to raise much-needed funds for our school. After months of training, they will attempt to scale the staggering 1,085 metres to the summit (and then down again!) all for the greatest gift you can give a child - their education.

Crisis point
It is our aim to enrich the lives of every child who walks through the gates of Godstone Primary and Nursery School, current and future, by providing them with the best possible primary school experience. To do this though, we need your support.

How we will use the money raised

We want to use the money raised to help fulfil our school vision, ‘Inspirational Learning for Life’. Over the last few years, our dedicated team of staff have developed an ambitious curriculum that has the scope for incredible experiences for all children. However, without appropriate funding, we are becoming more and more limited with the enrichment activities we are able to offer. Here is what we want to do with the
money we raise:
 £5,000 to provide more trips, visitors and experiences
 £5,000 to develop our Forest School provision
 £25,000 to bring our IT into the 21 st century
 £10,000 to create a learning environment to be proud of
