Youth Camp YWAM Kona, HI

Hi! My name is Jed and I'm fundraising to have to opportunity to go to a youth camp for 10 days with YWAM (Youth With A Mission).

Youth With A Mission was founded in 1960 and one of its main focuses is to get young people involved in Christian missions. They are located in various locations around the world.

I am hoping to raise enough funds to attend this youth camp to become more equipped in my understanding of what it means to become a missionary to my generation and to deepen my relationship with Jesus, joining in and engaging with other believers. As Proverbs 27:17 says, "As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another".

You might ask yourself why one needs to go to another part of the world to do this. My answer would be that it takes me out of my comfort zone. It is easy to be at home and outreach from there but going abroad would give me the experience of 'going' and making disciples of all nations.

I nor my family are in a position to fund this ourselves, which is why we are graciously asking if you would like to partner with me to allow me this opportunity.
