Our Story:
For nearly a decade, Allan Fan and Michael Quan have dedicated themselves to mentoring youth leaders with the Tony Robbins Foundation. Their extensive interaction with ambitious teens revealed a common trend: many of these teens already, or aspire to start their own business.
As seasoned entrepreneurs, Allan and Michael began discussing a unique summer camp tailored for young innovators. Thus, the Youth Entrepreneur Summit (Y.E.S.) was conceived—a place where youthful business dreams and entrepreneurial spirits are nurtured.
About the Camp:
Y.E.S. (Youth Entrepreneur Summit) is a dynamic, four-day summer camp for teens aged 13-18. It's designed not just to teach business basics but to inspire and transform.
Through engaging, hands-on activities, we help participants enhance their leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Pre-Camp Prep: Before the camp begins, participants will take part in an online course covering essential business fundamentals. This ensures every teen starts with the knowledge they need to thrive.
- Immersive Learning Experience: Our curriculum is carefully designed to touch on all facets of entrepreneurship, from market research and business planning to financial forecasting and effective communication. Our goal? To equip these future leaders with the comprehensive toolkit they need to succeed in the business world.
- Mission-Driven Learning: At Y.E.S., we believe in the boundless potential of young minds. Our mission is to unlock this potential and foster a nurturing environment that encourages growth, innovation, and success.
- Shark Tank-Inspired Finale: The camp culminates in an exhilarating pitch event reminiscent of "Shark Tank." Here, participants will present their business ideas to a panel of experienced entrepreneurs, compete for prizes, and have a chance to secure real funding to kickstart their ventures.
- Expert Leadership: Our team is comprised of industry veterans who bring decades of experience and an in-depth understanding of the entrepreneurial landscape. We're committed to creating a supportive, inclusive environment where young entrepreneurs can truly flourish.
- Beyond the Curriculum: Y.E.S. is more than an educational camp—it's a gateway to invaluable networking opportunities, mentorship, and exposure to real-world business scenarios.
