YouTube Broadcasting Setup for Miles

My son Miles is an awesome 13yr old kid with SMA (Spinal Muscular Atrophy), who dreams of being a YouTube video broadcaster specializing in gameplay, unboxing and accessible products reviews. He's looking to build a gaming and broadcasting PC system so he can produce videos and learn the tech associated with doing all of it. Most of his friends have summer activities like hiking, swimming, soccer and things like that that he can't participate in. I'd like to make this happen for him -- who knows, it may develop into a career path for him.

He's looking at a PC, microphone and light for this. I have a camera that can shoot some video, so think we're OK there. Ultimately, when we reach his goal, he's ready to buy the parts and build a PC workstation to support his broadcasting aspirations.
