Hood Family

As a family this is something we never dreamed we would have to do.Asking for your help. But sadly we do.

My son Billy Hood has got himself on the wrong side of the law. Not a good place to be. Unfortunately this has happened in Dubai. That’s reallly not a good place to be.As a family we are struggling to deal with all the problems and issues that come with this.

How much will it cost to help him, which solicitor to use, how can we help him, how do we get him out can we go over there to support him. The list goes on and on.

Billy is the middle of my three children, he will be 25 years old this year. Billy has been living and working in Dubai for the last 6 months. We would describe him as the life and soul of the party, a bit lively, football mad, if I could speak to him right now, he would say don’t worry dad I’ve got everything sorted. ( not this time son). Above all he has a heart of gold and would do anything for you.

We need help to raise money for Billy’s legal fees. We do not know how much this cost. We have been given figures ranging from £10,000 up to £100,000. He will be released in 10 days or maybe 10 years. At the moment we just don’t know.

What can you do to help ?

We are going to set a target of £20,000. We do not know if this is to high or to low, but it will be our goal. Let me make this absolutely clear any money raised we be used and only used for Billy’s legal fees. NOTHING ELSE.

Our dream is we don’t need a penny of it and we can refund it all. If we use some of it and there is money left over we will donate it to charity or charities suggested by you.
