YRC Freight Yellow Employee OUT OF WORK

Hello.

This is Donny's wife writing this on his behalf.

My husband was an employee at YRC Freight/Yellow for over 8 years. He and over 30,000 employees lost their jobs Sunday (July 30, 2023) due to the company going into bankruptcy. Because of this, he doesn't have the funds for his upcoming heart surgeries and bills.

When my husband was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago, we had to spend our savings on medicine bills, treatments, etc., even though he did have insurance. The cancer caused a lot of blockages in his heart. We didn't have a chance to save any money when we heard about the company's shutdown.
