Help Jamie walk again
Donation protected
As most of you may know, Jamie was involved in a mountain bike accident at a local bike park last week which has ultimately changed his life.
Jamie has broken his T5 and T6 vertebrae causing significant spinal cord injuries which has resulted in complete paralysis from the chest down. He’s currently receiving treatment at the University Hospital of Wales and the doctors have told him, and his close family, the devastating news that his chances of recovery are very low. Jamie is on the waiting list for Rookwood Hospital to be able to start the rehabilitation process for him so we’re trying to raise as much as we possibly can so that when he’s ready to return home, he can do so in a safe and spacious environment
Everyone who knows Jamie, knows that he lives life to the fullest with his devoted wife Stephanie and amazing children. Jamie is an extremely talented carpenter and profoundly known as a workaholic to ensure that he can provide the best life possible for his wife and children. He has recently completed a full renovation of their dream home which they moved into just a week before his accident but unfortunately, the house will now need adaptations in order for Jamie to be able to return home and live more independently
For those who personally know Jamie, know that he is a determined, strong-minded individual and thanks to his positive outlook on life, even though he has a long road ahead of him, we pray and hope that he will walk again.
As a family, we’d like to raise as much money as possible to make these adaptations to give Jamie the best chance possible of recovery.
Any amount that you can help with is greatly appreciated by all of his loved ones.
Thank you for taking the time to read Jamie’s story and we hope that some positive news will soon follow.
